So kind of a SpaceLab for researchers to get out of the way of the farmers and miners? Interesting. I suppose it ought to be vulnerable to invasion as well as spaceship attacks though.
Well at that point, you can make a recruitable ship that works as a pseudo-planet. I am imagining somewhat similar to how bought ships work in High Seas. Perhaps limit it to 1 per planet / homeworld so maps don't have to be too enlarged to give space for anticipated space stations.

At anyrate, thanks for the port Bob. Had a few games to shake off the cobwebs :) SkyEnd posed the question of if bombard can hit HQs or allied units. I don't remember enough to answer it either way, maybe somebody here knows?

Note for bringing people on board: The tutorial does not go over heroes or the the 2 differing modes of play (pts vs domination), so don't forget to talk about how they work after they go through the tutorial.
