Alas, I did find two rare but significant bugs that needed to be fixed. Both were in the Greed mini-game from the 7 Sins of Aurelia level. I also made some other minor quality of life improvements:
I made some fixes to spelling and grammar. I fixed some unit facing issues.
Escorting Jystaev — Added two villages. Also, I made the initial bandit speaker the Thief leader Fislev, rather than just a random bandit who happens to find the player. This is because with a random speaker it was possible for an orc or troll to meet the player, and orcs and trolls don’t speak that eloquently. I also reduced the initial bandit gold by 10 since Fislev was never meant to be a very tough.
Well Enough Alone — Added more enemy variety.
Brigands on the Border and Armageddon — Added more small keeps so that a self-trained Aurelia can wade into the fight, then retreat to a keep to summon more units.
Gem Cave — Made it more traversable at the end.
Swamp Defense —Made the saurian leader a soothsayer (healer).
Coronation Increased Celadine’s gold by 30. This was the hardest combat level in the game, so this should bring it in line with the other levels.
The 7 Sins of Aurelia
During the Greed mini-game, if the player convinced Lord Zifane to leave his post and they had not yet used Zifane’s potion, it might be impossible to use that potion as a solution to get a lockbox. Fixed.
Also during the Greed mini-game, if the player successfully completed the quest without talking to the King then he would not show up in the Wrath mini-game cutscene. Fixed.
I revised dialogue about finding Calliara’s corpse if the player had completed the treasure hunt mission.
