Je traduis pour les non-francophone, ça t'apportera peut-être plus de réponse
I translate hereafter for non-French speakers:
"Hello community,
First of all, a huge thank you and congrats to all for this beautiful game and your almost unique collaboration.
I'm new on the forum, but I have been playing Battle for Wesnoth for several years and I rarely get bored of it.
Here is my idea
At the beginning and during a campaign, the map is shown to present where we are and develops with the movement of the troops.
I just finished "War and Home" by hopelight in its version 0.9.1, that I will asap go check on https://r.wesnoth.org/t55031.
In this campaign, we can see on the map small figs (humans, elves, orcs, etc.) where fights take place.
The idea is to make the map interactive, meaning to be able to click on the figs and have a window to appear narrating what happened at this place, this does not modify the gameplay, we don't go back in the game (save are there for that), this is only an addition on the map before continuing the campaign, or maybe one could add a button in the Menu to go to the map during the game to read what happened before in case we would have forgotten especially during long campaigns (my favorites ^^) .
Clicking on a fig can, to your will, open smth else than what already happened, I assume you have far more ideas than I do, then if the idea is validated, you will have feedbacks from players to improve such or such detail.
I am uploading two .JPG
The 1st one you already know is the movement of the troops.
The 2nd one shows during this campaign figs on the map, one could use a bit more the map that would become interactive and makes the game more interesting than it is already.
Hoping it pleases, that it is not too complex to make and open new prospective at the will of devs that make us dream with the innovations."
