The enemy (who or whatever that is) advances really quickly, and will often buy the castle before you can, might buy buildings, might damage your stuff occasionally, but I've never seen any of that to be a problem, just minor annoyances no different than getting your purse stolen.

For example, IIRC you can still buy the castle, it just costs 20 million. But that's no big deal, because by the time you can afford the castle you should be able to make gold about as fast as you want.

Gold can be an issue early in the game, but it's pretty easy to overcome
Spoiler:
Thanks for the advice, there is not much information in the game about it, but my first question is, can I do something to reverse its action of causing me permanent costs when moving around the world?
Can I only pay money or fame to reduce his actions? What I have seen is that by attacking him I only broaden his next action against me in turns, but I can't lower his gold and every time I attack him I will lose a good amount of fame? Because then it is not worth attacking him... and I imagine that, even if He buys the castle, then I will be able to buy it from him just like the farm that bought it, but I imagine it will be more expensive
