You should update pbl thread reference from 42673 to 54849. I locked old topic and moved few posts that seem to be about 1.18 here. Pointing out one post you maybe missed.
SXRPG/scn/SXRPG_ERA_MAX.cfg has invalid UTF8 in it. Specifically the id for the only faction of the SX RPG Era.

It's probably a "soft hyphen" from latin1. Looks out of place either way. Currently wesnoth does not reject invalid UTF8 but it does expect valid UTF8 so better to fix this.
