Commenting that the first confirmed wave of changes been officially added, which will occur in the next release, still there are some points I would like to listen an opionion about certain things.
But in short in case you don't want to view each exact detail of all changes, can mention a short list of changes in each faction.
AE - Dark Legion / Stronger riders (lv2/lv3) , minor buffs in some other places. AE - Deep Elves / HP increases and XP reductions (both buffs) AE - Frozen / Minor buffs AE - Steelhive / Recon rework , minor buffs in very secondary units AE - Yokai / Healing Leshis HP increase, higher XP for lv1 swarms

Lv1 / Lv2 rocketers in Dalefolk is a sad unit... 22 dmg on main ranged on a lv2 is terrible... but it gets doubled damage in lv3 , lv1 rocketer damage is also awful in the bonus artillery attack. Consider it needs even lower XP from lv2 to lv3?
Lv1 artillery range damage should be increase even more (from 10 to 13-15?) or even 16 as full ranged damage so AI could be using that attack againist archers without taking any damages but the problem is the consistency issue regards all levels. But if ignoring the bonus artillery range, this unit is really awful...
